He graduated from EHL and has worked in the USA, Asia, Europe, and for the last 14 years in Dubai, UAE. Rene has extensive knowledge of F&B operations, pre-openings, F&B concept development, strategic planning and business planning. He is an expert in setting up new business organizations and restructuring existing operations to optimize their performance.
