Michelle has accumulated rich hotel management experience especially in sales & marketing, revenue management, and hotel operations. Michelle’s abundant pre-opening, renovation and operational experience in luxury business and resort hotels.
In her role at EHL Advisory, Michelle supports the business by providing consulting project works in Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Pre-opening planning and related technical support services, including training delivery. Assisting clients to optimize their strategic business planning and development and ways to manage the fast changing market, with appropriate marketing channels.
