Kanav is responsible for People, Process and Product development related solutions for hospitality and non-core hospitality companies with a keen focus on Service DNA, Service Culture & Design. Using his varied experience of over 17 years in the field of Hospitality, Learning & Development and Consultancy, he designs and delivers end-to-end solutions with a clear and measurable output. He is also responsible for generating new business opportunities and delivering various training mandates on Behavioral Skills, Service Excellence, Personal Excellence and Leadership Skills (across industry verticals) in India, the Middle East, and South Asia. A graduate in Hospitality Management from the University of Huddersfield and a firm believer in having a growth mindset, Kanav adds to his training prowess, having completed a Trainer Mastery Class and being certified as a Qualified Learning Facilitator from EHL. He is also a Certified Coach, Insights Discovery certified Practitioner and has completed a course on Gamification from the University of Pennsylvania.
