His extensive knowledge in luxury hotel operations and working for companies such as Four Seasons, Hyatt International and The Ritz-Carlton allow him to be well versed in innovating hotel concepts as well as to continuously improve industry service standards, quality, consistency and profitability throughout the hotel operation. He holds an MBA and is currently perusing his DBA (Doctorate of Business Admission) focusing on how to improve the performance of luxury hotels or small MNC’s by using the latest technology in conjunction with the most efficient human capital structure to achieve better financial results and customer satisfaction.
