After spending her time in Europe acquiring operational and managerial knowledge in various Food and Beverage outlets, Catherine moved on to Thailand to focus on consulting for both start up operations and expansions of existing groups.
Currently, she is managing an end to end event management solutions company out of Thailand, specializing in destination weddings and corporate gatherings.
Her experience has given her various tools to bring concepts to life and see them flourish.
