Anvita works with the EHL Advisory Services South Asia and Myanmar Regional Office operating out of the Delhi-NCR, India, office of the firm. As a key member of the Hospitality DNA team, she is responsible for People, Process and Product development related solutions for the hospitality and non-hospitality companies.
She has rich experience in the Learning and Development vertical, and is well versed with operations, end to end functioning for the aforementioned industries. She is proficient with Content and framework design; and delivery of workshops on Hospitality, Customer Service Experience, Service and Quality Excellence, Behavioral Skills & the HR cycle (across industry verticals) in India, South Asia & the Middle East.
Before EHL Advisory Services, she has worked with International Hospitality Brands in various managerial positions and was responsible for setting up and running the Learning and Development framework for the organization.
She is a graduate in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
She has spoken and written fluency in English and Hindi language.
