Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA (LHC) is part of EHL Group, a group that encompasses a portfolio of specialized business units that deliver hospitality management education and innovation worldwide. LHC is a consulting and executive training company in hospitality, active in more than 30 countries, which supports the development of the hospitality industry. The company has been going through a rapid growth in the past 10 years, setting up offices in China-Beijing and Shanghai-and India-New Delhi.

For 2019 and the five years to come, LHC is striving to boost its business development in all lines of businesses, for its Swiss, China and India offices but also through the development of a network of free-standing consultants who could develop a physical LHC office in targeted regions – Middle East, Eastern part of Europe, Africa, South America – once the business volume is large enough.

LHC is therefore seeking for talents, which have either international hospitality management experience or proven consulting experience with the capacity to acquire, close and deliver deals.


Line of Business: Service DNA


Your mission will be to acquire and develop relationships with new clients and deliver solutions to their business issues.  You will also have a target in how much business to deliver during the year. Our goal is to constantly improve the level of service quality and to establish a culture of service within organizations. Our talent development services, in both hospitality and non-hospitality organizations, include tailor-made training & education and strategy sessions in order to establish a customer-centric culture and to inject “Service DNA” into companies and organization.


  • Participate in business development and sales: prospect and develop activities targeting the different products and services within the “Service DNA” business line, with a long term focus;
  • Manage your own mandates and clients, which might involve (international) travels;
  • Identify client’s challenges, develop hypotheses and execute analysis
  • Provide guidance and technical advisory to clients;
  • Give support to senior consultants as well as directors;
  • Train and coach junior staff members;
  • Formulate, prepare and defend business proposals;
  • Convert leads using a consultative approach with the team and the client;
  • Develop, create, deliver and supervise mandates and programmes such as Talent Development Programmes, Service Culture implementation, Recruitment & Assessment tools as part of the “Human Resources Cycle” as well as People Development.


  • India (New Delhi)


  • Bachelor degree in relevant fields (economics, business administration, tourism, hospitality) or equivalent degree;
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Knowledge of consulting practices and/or the hospitality industry, people management;
  • Project management consulting exposure;
  • Totally fluent in local language as well as excellent communication skills in English.
