Olivier Roux Senior Managing Director at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA
Olivier Roux began his professional career with IBM Switzerland where he took on sales responsibilities before accepting several leadership positions initially in Zurich, Switzerland, and then moving to the global headquarters in New York to lead the global insurance strategy and marketing for three years. In 2000, Olivier Roux joined Accenture to lead the business development and sales & marketing for the Financial Services sector. Primary achievements include contributing to the business strategy that led to repeated double digits of annual growth. He was appointed partner in 2006, and in 2007, Mr. Roux expanded his responsibilities to lead a global team of 500 professionals across 42 mature and 10 developing countries, including a marketing shared service function based in Delhi, Manila and South Africa. In September 2014, Mr. Roux and his family relocated to Lausanne, Switzerland, where he accepted a position as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for EHL Group. As a member of the Executive Committee he oversees Business Development, Marketing, Communications, Admissions and Alumni and Industry Relations for the Group. From September 2018, he took on the role of Senior Managing Director of EHL Group’s consulting branch, Lausanne Hospitality Consulting (LHC), in addition to his mandate as CMCO of EHL Group. Within these extended responsibilities, Mr Roux oversees the continued development of LHC activities which has offices in Lausanne, Delhi and Beijing, and operations in over 30 countries worldwide. He studied Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne (HEC), where he obtained a Master of Business and Economics in 1985. He is fluent in English, French and German.
André Mack Director at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA
André has an extensive career in the in-flight catering industry and specialized in the areas of customer service and business process re-engineering.
He is both Director, Lausanne Hospitality Consulting, and faculty member, Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne, lecturing on project management and consulting. André facilitated seminars on product development, strategic resilience, branding and customer service strategies within the hospitality industry. The consulting mandates in operational and quality auditing of hospitality business units, re-engineering of management and operational processes, project management for hotels new builds, strategic business analysis, as well as the development of hospitality learning centers, have allowed him to touch base in New York, Sydney and many countries between these two destinations.
Andre is an alumnus of HSG (University of St. Gallen) and of Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne. He speaks French, German and English, mixing it up sometimes with the various Swiss German dialects.
Besides walking with his two children and his wife, Andre appreciates particularly good food, good wine and the unique atmosphere of a Swiss chalet with its chimney fire.
Chen Bao Director and Country Head of China
Director and Country Head of LHC China, Chen is responsible for developing and overseeing advisory and educational services. Chen has solid knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. He started his career in hotel operations working with the Four Seasons Hotel Group in Canada. On his return to China Chen worked as vice president of a local commercial real estate development company specialising in hotel investment and advisory services. Chen has worked in over 30 cities conducting feasibility studies and investment due diligence for three large hotel companies with an asset portfolio of over 100 hotels. He is an expert in strategic investment advisory, operator selection, contract negotiations and operational asset management. Additionally, Chen has extensive experience in people leadership. He has managed over 120 employees across teams responsible for day-to-day operations, leasing activities for commercial real estate projects, running luxury serviced villas, Grade A office buildings and retail space. An alumnus of Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne (EHL), Chen is fluent in Chinese, English and French. When not at work, he likes to spend time with his twin boys and his wife. Guanlu Feng Director China
Director of LHC China, Guanlu is responsible for focusing on overall business expansion, developing a business growth strategy and building the organisational structure. Prior to LHC Guanlu worked as director for international development with the Wyndham Hotel Group based in Shanghai. He gained extensive experience in developing full-managed and franchised hotels, as well as maintained a strong network with well-known owners in the region. With his past experience at HVS, Guanlu gained comprehensive knowledge in hospitality consulting, valuations and conducting feasibility studies for over 70 projects – including several hotels, serviced apartments, and tourism master plans. His other leading role at HVS was expanding business and driving revenue for their China office. A graduate of Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne (EHL) – class of 2007, Guanlu also possesses an associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from EHL. He is fluent in Chinese and English and has a practical command over the French language. When he is not working Guanlu enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Aman Aditya Sachdev Director and Country Head India
Aman is a Director at the Lausanne Hospitality Consulting practice in India.
With close to twenty years of managerial, executive leadership and board level professional experience in the hospitality industry, Aman’s career in the business spans corporate business strategy development & execution, new concept & brand development, real estate development & acquisitions, project management, hotel & resort operations, business development and hospitality education. He has executed assignments across South Asia, South-East Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining Lausanne Hospitality Consulting, Aman held the position of Senior Vice President – South Asia and South-East Asia & Executive Director – India for Rotana Hotel & Resorts.
An alumnus of Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland, Aman graduated at the top of his Master degree class at EHL.
Praveen Roy Associate Director India
An Associate Director at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting office in India, Praveen is working towards aligning best in class Industry Associations, Vocational Training Partners and Governmental entities to the efficiencies of the Swiss Vocational Programs. The Hospitality industry in region is evolving at a very fast pace with high turnover of manpower and needs sustainable solutions for skilling large number of people at various levels. Praveen is absolutely sure that his region will quickly accept and adapt to the highly developed Swiss VET system amongst both the Government and Private sector players. He has extensively worked in the development of both the Hospitality Education and the VET system in India. His experience in setting-up and running of the degree programs and a large chain of retail hospitality education business in India has helped him understand the needs of the ever-growing hospitality market in the region. Ray F. Iunius Director Business Development at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA
Prof. Dr Ray F. Iunius is the author of various academic and professional articles published by journals in the management of services, technology, and innovation. He is also the author of a number of books such as « Industrie de l’accueil », « Hôtellerie de Luxe », « La gestion des spas », “Un Hôtel, un modèle ?” in de Boeck editions and co-author of the “Lausanne Report on the future of Hospitality Industry.”
He is the founder of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne Institute of Technology and Entrepreneurship (EHLITE), the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (INTEHL), the Students Business Projects (SBP), the EHLITE magazine, and the Chair of Innovation Paul Dubrule.
Ray earns a BSc, MS and PhD in Technical Sciences from the University of Transylvania Brasov and an MBA and PhD from the Faculty of Business and Economics (HEC) of the Lausanne University. He is currently Director of Business Development at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting, an Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and Swiss Hotel Association company.
Wei Cheng Chen Senior Consultant at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA
Wei-Cheng is a Senior Consultant at LHC with 15 years of experience in the area of strategic consulting, luxury branding (FMCG and hospitality), customer experience and relationship management, hospitality education and business development. He believes that people are the source of every success and innovation. Thus, his growth is also based on people interaction, both directly and indirectly, and his aspiration is to assist companies in leveraging their most valuable asset (human capital) into a strategic power. He delivers business mandates related to strategic and operational management, talent sourcing and training, and development of hospitality institutions. As such, he has assisted many international organizations in the service sector – luxury goods company, insurance and banking – in designing and delivering tailored training programmes to enhance their customer service excellence and experience; conducted quality audits to long-term clients and assist them to improve their business performance by analyzing their KPIs, management efficiency and financial results. He also develops hospitality learning centres around the globe and today, he overlooks a portfolio of 15 educational institutions enrolling more than 5000 students in 10 different countries. Prior to LHC, he worked in the hospitality industry in Argentina and Switzerland and also collected experience in the education sector. Wei was responsible for talent sourcing for Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, recruiting young future leaders for the hospitality industry. He is also alumnus of Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland and of the Escuela Internacional de Hotelería y Turismo CENCAP in Buenos Aires, Argentina. When he is not in the office, Wei is most probably travelling, discovering new cultures and learning new languages. He is also very fond of cooking and fine food. Fabrizio Tovaglieri Consultant Switzerland
Fabrizio joined Lausanne Hospitality Consulting in 2019. He predominantly works in advisory services and school certification projects across the broader APAC region where he delivers a wide range of education consulting services and activities. Prior to joining LHC, Fabrizio acquired extensive expertise in education management. His responsibilities ranged from international recruitment to business development and academic partnership. Over the past 10 years, Fabrizio conducted business in a variety of countries and regions including but not limited to Russia, Turkey, China and Latin America. He had the opportunity to know form close the nuances and features of some key national education systems and he proactively engaged in academic partnership ventures. Fabrizio is an alumnus of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva where he majored in International Law. He also holds a BA hons. Degree in Political Science from the University of Milan. Originally from northern Italy, Fabrizio lived and worked in Paris, Geneva, Miami, New Delhi and Lausanne. Manon Maréchal Junior Consultant Switzerland
As a Junior Consultant in our Lausanne office, Manon brings her sense of hard work, client relationship management and analytical skills to fulfill stakeholder’s expectations and create long-term partnerships. Having graduated from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Manon joined LHC as an Associate, where she worked closely with the advisory services team. She worked on several high-level projects including the development of a Food & Beverage franchise model for a luxury automotive brand, feasibility studies, market studies and implementing transformational changes to operations for cruise companies. Furthermore, she has been able to actively participate to academic audits, the development of two new learning centers as well as numerous tailor-made executive education programs. Prior to returning to LHC, Manon worked as a project coordinator at the third largest pharmaceutical company in the world, where she was in charge of overseeing the development of a construction project, managing the relationship with key suppliers on a daily basis, as well as coordinating the project team activities. When she is not travelling and discovering new cultures, you will find Manon running half marathons, doing yoga by the lake or planning a trek in the desert. Jos Jumelet Senior Consultant at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA
As a Senior Consultant, his role is to further develop the Executive Education Programs. In addition, due to his extensive experience in the hospitality industry, he also supports the other clusters within LHC.
Jos is an operator at heart and has great experience in the field of hotel Management.
Since he started at LHC in 2011, he has been driving various mandates implementing “Hospitality” in various companies and industries such as health-care and retail in order to drive Customer & Guest Satisfaction
He is result oriented with a strong focus on quality and he has specific experience in Total Quality Management. He has an eye for detail and is passionate about delivering the best possible customer service.
Prior to joining LHC, Jos had an extensive career as a General Manager at different hotels with brands from InterContinental Hotels Group. He has experience in leading owned, managed and franchised hotels. He has also gained experience in the leisure industry, which reinforces his strong knowledge of owner – operator relations. Jos has been involved in hotel selling and acquisition as well as in rebranding.
He has experience in hotel renovations, extension projects and has overseen clustering activities. Jos is an alumnus of Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne. He speaks English, French, German and his mother tongue Dutch.During his time out of the office, he enjoys being with his family at home, in the Swiss mountains or at the French Côte d’Azur where he will be motor boating and working on his barbecue skills while enjoying a good glass of wine.

Pierre Verbeke, Senior Consultant from our Lausanne office, is a long time professional in hospitality. He has deep knowledge and expertise in hotel operations, in hotel openings. In his role at LHC advisory, he also guides clients in business planning and team management. Prior to joining EHL advisory, Pierre was Area Director for Rezidor, responsible for new projects in different countries, mainly Europe, North Africa and Eastern Europe. Before that, he was general manager in different hotels in Belgium leading passionate people towards achieving result. He was also president of the Hotel association of Brussels and has an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality world and the challenges that face it. He started his career in the catering department of an airline. A graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Pierre is also a certified LOTS coach for business planning. As a Senior Consultant in the Lausanne office, Olivier brings his can-do attitude allowing him to continuously drive business, generate new opportunities and deliver clients with creative solutions in order to achieve measurable results. He thrives in multicultural environments and therefore travels the world to work on projects ranging from mixed-use destination projects to private medical facilities. Prior to joining EHL advisory, Olivier has been involved in managing a number of hospitality projects with one of them being a luxury boutique hotel & spa near Paris. He has also taken the lead in the setup of several food and beverage outlets around Europe and Switzerland from conceptualization to opening. The last one being a gastronomic restaurant that obtained a one Michelin-star rating 5 months after opening. Jochen De Peuter Consultant, Hospitality Advisory Services
As a Consultant in the Lausanne office, Jochen puts the customer at the centrally of his approach. With efficient use of resources and well-determined activities, Jochen commits to creating significant added value for the customer and therefor a positive return on investment for the business. He is convinced that digital transformation, constant innovation, employee education and customer focus are fundamentals for a successful business. Prior to joining EHL advisory, Jochen worked in the online hotel distribution and hotel technology industry. Linda Papasidero Consultant at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA
Prior to joining LHC in August 2009, she handled several project development portfolios in international cooperation and executive education for the city of Lausanne. She then joined EHL in the Academic Department where she coordinated communication and academic advice activities.
Her responsibilities at LHC include the quality maintenance of EHL certified schools through marketing and academic consulting support, development of learning centres around the world and delivery of executive education courses.
Linda holds a Master of Arts, International Relations, from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from HEC Lausanne.
Though she grew up in Lausanne, Linda has Mediterranean blood as she is originally from Spain and Italy. Thanks to her cultural diversity and interest in languages, she speaks French, Italian, Spanish, English and basic German. She is currently learning Arabic.
After work and during weekends, she practices martial arts, snowboarding, roller skating and taking long walks in the forest. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially around good food and extra-large servings of chocolate desserts!
Abhishek Jakate Consultant at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA
As a Consultant in the Lausanne office, Abhishek brings his analytical approach in helping customers solve their toughest problems, be it concept feasibility or advising on hospitality business models for clients in real estate, banking or insurance industry. Prior to joining EHL advisory, Abhishek worked in a Business controller role for a private hotel company with three hotel & restaurant assets. He was responsible for the company financials and assisted the general manager in the business turnaround and eventual disposal of some assets. He also gained experience in operational restructuring at a luxury boutique property re-opened after extensive renovations. His experiences have seen him work in Switzerland, South Africa, India, China, Saudi Arabia and Japan. Jens-Henning Peters Consultant Switzerland
Jens-Henning joined Lausanne Hospitality Consulting in 2015. He actively works with clients in more than 10 countries, developing learning centers, providing strategic advisory, management support and training. When in Lausanne, he is developing and implementing new services for LHC. Next to a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Jens-Henning also holds a Federal Diploma as Management Assistant in Hotel and Hospitality from the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce. At LHC he manages a broad range of projects: He created a culinary school with several F&B outlets in the heart of Bangkok, guided the development of fully integrated hotel school for 1’000 students together with a lifestyle hotel in Manila, developed high-end restaurant concepts for the Middle-East, created & rolled out innovation workshops, etc. Prior to joining LHC, Jens-Henning has spent 10 years in various positions for leading hotels, restaurants, catering companies across Europe, building a solid understanding of operations, management & strategy in the hospitality industry. Of German descent, his mother tongue is German and he speaks English & French fluently. As a passionate cook, he enjoys recreating dishes and flavors he discovers during his travels.
When not at LHC, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and taking photographs. Jens-Henning is a passionate cook, always trying out new recipes he discovers on his travels.
Franck Louveau Consultant Switzerland
As a Consultant in the Lausanne office, Franck is convinced that beyond strategic alignment, employee engagement and customer engagement are the fundamentals of service excellence and competitive advantage leading to better business performance. For any compelling brand or service, the employees engagement (including partners) allows to create a seamless experience that can surpass customer expectation, hence engaging the customer to return and to recommend the service. Understanding the strategic intent of organisations, the dynamics – and the resilience – of the stakeholders in the customer journey, the complexity of the service delivery would it be in the physical world or in the connected world, are all dimensions that need to be covered when addressing service excellence. Prior to joining EHL Advisory Services, Franck started his career in the IT industry (Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise/Business Communication) as a sales engineer and then business developer in charge of strategic partnerships, leading teams in France, Brazil, Sweden and the US. Earnest about his interest for hospitality management and customer care, Franck undertook the EHL Master program in 2012 to then move to a new set of leading roles as hotel manager and hotel director in various properties. Franck holds a Master of Sciences in Telecommunications from Telecom Bretagne, a Master of Business Administration from London Business School and a Master of Hospitality Administration from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. Victor Jaton Associate Switzerland
Victor graduated from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in February 2017 and joined LHC in January 2019 as an Associate. His responsibilities involve advisory towards the creation of educational institutions around the globe, ensuring their sustainable development and assure quality. After his Bachelor degree in International Hospitality Management, he worked for EHLsmile, a Not-for-Profit organization, founded over 20 years ago, that creates and supports Vocational Hospitality Training Centers for young talents in developing countries. The organization collaborates with NGOs and GOs as a technical hospitality expert. Victor spent 6 months in India – Bodhgaya and another 6 months in Kathmandu – Nepal. During this time he was in charge of the pre-opening and opening of the Hospitality Vocational Training Centers. In his free time, Victor enjoys cooking, listening to music and playing tennis. Being exposed to fine dining and culinary excellence from a young age on, his family owns the famed fine dining restaurant in Lausanne, La Croix d’Ouchy; A gastronomic institution founded for more than 30 years ago. Feng Guo Consultant China
Feng GUO was actively involved in many activities that improved the opportunities for young talents to progress within the hospitality industry. He joined LHC at 2015 to fulfill his dream in consulting industry and is currently in charge of coordinating the overall development in LHC China. Feng GUO started his career from 2012 as a Shangri-La’s Corporate Trainee (in Revenue Management) based in Shangri-La’s China World Hotel, Beijing. He had collected extensive knowledge and skills in Positioning, Data Analysis and Forecasting, and Non-Traditional Application of Revenue Management during this period till the end of 2013. After that he was invited to join Sales Team of China World Hotel and had won the Shangri-La’s Sales Excellence in consecutive 3 quarters while managing and developing international corporate accounts. By actively involved in varies projects, Feng GUO had collected extensive knowledge and expertise by working with Mercedes-Benz, Pernod Ricard, Hoshinoya and other leading companies regionally and globally. He holds a certification of Revenue Management from Cornell and a bachelor degree from a EHL certified school. Jean-Baptiste Berguerand Consultant China
Consultant of LHC China, Jean-Baptiste’s (JB) role involves the development of food and beverage concept, hospitality operational planning and vocational training related activities. Before joining LHC, Jean-Baptiste was general manager at Global Infusion Group Shanghai with over 60 staffs, managing China focused – Asia extended F&B and hospitality events, which includes Porsche Snowforce, Michelin Bibendum Challenge, Shenzhen Universiades, etc. With over 10 years working experiences in event, restaurant, kitchen and front office, JB has a strong operational background in all aspects of hospitality areas. JB graduated from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), he speaks French, German and English, as well as working-proficiency in Mandarin. He is very passionate about traveling and discovering new F&B experiences, mostly important, he is an enthusiast snowboarder. Areas of Focus:
Chenqian Liang Associate China
Chenqian LIANG is a graduate of Adam Smith Business School of The University of Glasgow in UK with a Master’s degree in Management. She joined Lausanne Hospitality Consulting as an Associate in October 2018 and her responsibilities include hospitality education development, research and marketing in China. Prior to joining LHC, she has worked in the Front Office of Shangri – La Hotel and the Marketing of Wanda Vista Hotel for one year internship. Cross – departmental work has enabled her to have an in depth understanding of the hotel’s multi departments and unique views on consumer needs and consumer experience. She also worked in catering services for 10 months while studying in the UK. She was able to quickly clarify customer needs in a cross-cultural background and was good at gaining insight into consumer psychology through communication. Through her hotel industry work experience and solid academic background, she has certain advantages in understanding consumer psychology, market development and strategic decision – making. Chenqian also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management and Finance. She is native Chinese and speaks fluent English. Areas of Focus:
Lian Le Chew Senior Consultant China
Lian Le has around 30 years of work experience, of which 24 years were based in various cities in China covering senior management positions in Training and Human Resources. She has extensive experience in HR management, pre-openings and worked with the Crowne Plaza in Xiamen, Jinan, Beijing; the InterContinental in Shenyang and Beijing. In the early 2000, she made her base in Beijing and was actively involved in pre-openings and opening of the Raffles Beijing Hotel and Legendale Beijing Hotel. She also worked for The China National Conventions Centre and Hotel, Regent Beijing, Park Plaza Beijing and The Peninsula Beijing. Jia Zou Associate China
Jia Zou joined Lausanne Hospitality Consulting as an Associate in October 2018, after the accomplishment of a Master Degree in Marketing at the Nottingham University Business School. Her current role and responsibilities are related to the execution of the LHC marketing development in China. Prior to joining LHC, Jia covered two relevant working positions for a year, firstly in the Sales & Marketing department at the Four Seasons Hotel Beijing and secondly in the Front Office at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing Financial Street. She has also worked in a service consulting firm in Beijing as event planner for government related departments. Possessing great passion towards the hospitality industry, Jia has developed and deepened the understanding of this field through her advanced study in an academic institution as well as the working experience. Jia also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management achieved at the Beijing Hospitality Institute and the EHL academic certification. Jia is a native Chinese and speaks fluent English. Catherine Rey-Torres Sales & Marketing Manager at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA
Catherine joined LHC as Sales & Marketing Manager in December 2015. Her role involves developing and implementing the LHC’s Sales & Marketing plan and promote the Executive Education career development programmes around the globe.
Prior to LHC, she worked in the International Education industry for over 5 years both in Mexico and Switzerland, where she moved with her family in 2013. She represented in Latin America prestigious wine and spirit brands within the Hospitality industry for over 10 years. She worked closely with International Hotels, government institutions and corporate executives and multinationals and had to support them in the international implementation of their educational projects.
She is a graduate in International Business from the University of Blaise-Pascal in Clermont-Ferrand France and spent her last year of study in the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business USA. She followed several wine and spirit training both in France and Mexico. She lived in 5 different countries and enjoy multicultural environments where relationships, new ideas, innovation and original concepts are valued. She appreciates being challenged and strongly believe in enhancing the customer experience to growing the business.
While not at work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband and go for long walks by the lake. She is passionate about wine and like to organize tastings of wines from different regions and countries for her family and friends.
Christine Moscioni Office Manager at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA
Christine is the Office Manager of Lausanne Hospitality Consulting S.A. Her role consists of ensuring a smooth run of the Office and the general administration.
Prior to joining the LHC team in September 2013, Christine held several positions as Executive Assistant in international companies, namely in the hospitality and education industry. She also worked at Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne between 2000 and 2008 as assistant to the General Director.
Native from Italy, Christine speaks French, English and of course Italian. When not in the office, Christine spends time with her family and friends. Cooking, biking, and painting are some of the many activities Christine enjoys.
Meygan Gerber Junior Consultant Switzerland
After receiving her Bachelor degree in International Hospitality Management from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Meygan joined Lausanne Hospitality Consulting in March 2018, as an associate. Her responsibilities at LHC include supporting and coordinating various projects in the learning centres and executive education departments. Prior to joining LHC, Meygan worked in several hotels in Switzerland and Panama. With the willingness to explore more about the hospitality industry, she joined the Science Consulate of Switzerland in Boston as Junior Project Manager. Besides her studies at EHL, she was highly involved in the Admissions department to recruit future potential students. Meygan was born and raised in Switzerland and speaks French, English and Spanish. Her German skills are still in progress. While not being in the office, she enjoys being with her family and friends, discovering new countries, and taking picture to keep great memories.
Warren Weill Associate at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA
Warren joined Lausanne Hospitality Consulting as an Associate in September 2018, after graduating from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne with a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management. His responsibilities at LHC involve supporting the execution of stimulating mandates for both the advisory and executive education departments. Prior to joining LHC, Warren worked in various F&B events and hotels in Switzerland and France respectively. Keen on acquiring further experience in the hospitality industry, Warren joined, as a trainee, the Sales & Marketing team for Marriott International’s Asia-Pacific head offices in Hong Kong. Over there, his role involved the provision of coordinated leadership on various projects, across all Ritz-Carlton properties within the region. Warren is Swiss and speaks French and English, with a strong command of the Spanish language; one which he is always enthusiastic to improve on every day. While not in the office, you will find Warren enjoying a good book, discovering new music or hitting the gym for a workout.
Morgane Baumgartner Administrative & Client Coordinator at Lausanne Hospitality Consulting SA
Morgane joined LHC in April 2018, after graduating from her Swiss commercial education in 2014 and working four years as a secretary in Law firms. Her role as an Administrative & Client Coordinator consists of being an administrative support for the company. As part of her activities, she is responsible for event organisation, logistics, operations related to learning centres activities and to oversee organisational aspects of LHC clients’ coordination. Morgane is Swiss, she speaks French and English fluently. Her current objective is to improve her knowledge in Italian and Spanish languages, as she possesses both these cultures in her DNA. Out of the office, she enjoys cinema, reading, cooking and spending time with her friends and family.
Annabelle Baechler Executive Education Coordinator
Annabelle joined LHC in June 2018 as Executive Education Coordinator. She provides administrative support and coordination for Executive Education but also for all operational functions including event planning and logistics. Prior to join LHC, Annabelle has been graduated from the Swiss Banking Association. She worked 8 years in retail and hospitality. Annabelle is Swiss and Mauritian. She is born and raised in Switzerland. She speaks French and English fluently. She’s still improving her Italian and German. When not at LHC, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She likes travelling and discovering new cultures. She’s passionate about decoration and interior architecture.
